Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
previous cleaning experience preferred
ability to learn and follow directions
ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
ability to operate cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners mop and broom

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
six months of previous cleaning experience preferred
willingness to learn and follow directions
ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
must be able to operate equipment including but not limited to vacuum cleaners cleaning supplies mop and broom

Job Duties

Clean hotel rooms hallways linen rooms and employee and storage areas in the hotel as directed
maintain and clean all equipment used throughout the course of a shift as directed
maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during a working shift as directed
report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling
abide by all security measures
greet all guests throughout the shift with the proper salutation and pleasant expression
assist guests with issues that are within authority to provide ensuring guests satisfaction while operating within established guidelines and policies
