Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- bachelor degree with emphasis in hospitality preferred
- excellent attention to detail
- must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members and department managers
- must possess a strong team spirit
- prior customer service experience is required
- strong computer/PC skills
- Microsoft/Excel experience a plus
- commitment to exceptional guest service
- a positive attitude
- adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
- ability to work overnight shift 10PM to 8AM
- ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- strong math skills and basic accounting skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Efficiently clean and supply guestrooms
- respond to customer inquiries for information

- adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- work overnight shifts and flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- perform basic accounting and documentation tasks
