- Six months of previous cleaning experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to operate vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, mop, and broom

Job Duties
- Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and employee and storage areas as directed
- Maintain and clean all equipment used throughout the shift as directed
- Maintain proper documentation of all duties accomplished during the shift as directed
- Report all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling
- Abide by all security measures
- Greet all guests with a proper salutation and pleasant expression
- Assist guests with issues within authority ensuring guest satisfaction while operating within guidelines and policies
- Perform all duties in a quiet and orderly manner
- Assist the house person with department projects as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
