Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum two years of experience in hospitality, guest service, or event-based environments preferred
- at least one year of leadership experience preferred
- strong leadership and coordination skills with ability to lead up to 20 partners
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong guest service orientation with calm and professional demeanor
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to read, understand, and apply operational documents and procedures
- ability to perform basic math using U.S. currency
- ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
- EMT or EMR certification preferred
- valid driver's license required
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
- ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds
- frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- comfortable using ladders or lifts
- ability to stand for extended periods outdoors in varying conditions

Job Duties
- deliver excellent guest service in alignment with company mission and values
- model culture of excellence through professional and solution-oriented interactions
- proactively engage with guests to enhance experiences
- serve as primary contact for guest requests and concerns
- serve as Manager-on-Duty and Emergency Response Team member
- provide physical presence to support daily operations
- lead oversight of gardens operations and special events setup and teardown
- support safety policies and emergency protocols
- coordinate with performers and vendors
- communicate operational updates to management
- assist with staff training and monitor progress
- serve as resource and support partner across departments
- enforce company policies
- provide coverage for guest relations desk
- answer calls professionally
- provide accurate information to potential guests
- assist with community partnership initiatives
- support special event planning
- coordinate media visits
- assist with administrative tasks
- adhere to organizational procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
