Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
- Capable of exerting light physical force
- Strong computer skills including typing and data entry
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Thoroughly researching and identifying clues by consulting all platforms and previous stays to create robust guest profiles
- Collaborating and planning actions to deliver bespoke recognition and experiences
- Confirming or allocating appropriate relationship owners to guests
- Collecting ongoing insights and institutional knowledge during guests visits and special occasions
- Reporting and addressing imperfections and blemishes with relevant departments
- Communicating with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment
- Performing physical tasks including standing and walking frequently for entire shifts
