Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 3 years customer service experience or 6 months internal Froedtert Hospital experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- strong verbal intra and interdepartmental communication skills
- training in situational de-escalation techniques
- familiarity with Epic transport or EVS modules
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional concierge-style customer service
- assist with navigation, wayfinding, and share helpful information
- communicate patient care policies and support efficient patient care flow
- manage interactions with large groups and handle stressful situations empathetically
- collaborate with customer experience, transport, parking, security, and clinical departments
- track and report data to support customer service analytics
- execute security protocol assignments during emergency drills
