Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 3 years customer service experience or 6 months internal Froedtert Hospital experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • strong verbal intra and interdepartmental communication skills
  • training in situational de-escalation techniques
  • familiarity with Epic transport or EVS modules
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional concierge-style customer service
  • assist with navigation, wayfinding, and share helpful information
  • communicate patient care policies and support efficient patient care flow
  • manage interactions with large groups and handle stressful situations empathetically
  • collaborate with customer experience, transport, parking, security, and clinical departments
  • track and report data to support customer service analytics
  • execute security protocol assignments during emergency drills
