Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience or 6 months experience internally at Froedtert Hospital
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Strong verbal intra and interdepartmental communication skills
- Ability to track data for customer service analytics
- Ability to execute security protocol assignments during emergency drills
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent required within 90 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and offer assistance with navigation and wayfinding
- Provide accurate information and directions to patients, staff, and families
- Communicate patient care policies and support patient flow and safety
- Manage interactions with large groups and stressful situations empathetically
- Partner with customer experience, transport, parking, security, and clinical departments
- Track data accurately for customer service analytics
- Execute security protocol assignments during emergency drills
