Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of guest services related experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Positive, professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of guest services related experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Change management skills
  • Knowledge of fiscal responsibility
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Training in crisis intervention preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and service recovery, communicate clearly and succinctly with patients
  • Make guests feel welcome and demonstrate appreciation for choosing the Health Park
  • Provide mobility assistance and navigation help within the building, accompany guests as needed
  • Educate patients and guests about services and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Health Park
  • Stock and organize nourishment stations and reading materials in public areas
  • Partner with Engineering and Environmental Services to maintain a clean environment
  • Research information and answer Health Park phones
  • Assist with room set up and coordinate customer service initiatives
  • Identify and escalate barriers to patient navigation
  • Train Health Park volunteers and coordinate assignments
  • Clean and sanitize wheelchairs after use
  • Participate in administrative duties including tracking patient volumes and satisfaction scores
  • Assist with special events and tours
  • Gather patient satisfaction stories and help achieve patient satisfaction goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador to reflect Wellstar’s mission and credo
