Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or guest relations roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good manual dexterity and physical stamina

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in guest relations or customer service management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems

Job Duties

  • Take a proactive approach to leveraging and inspiring processes and human capabilities within the Guest Relations Center system
  • Fulfill special guest requests with acute attention to detail and a holistic approach
  • Enable Guest Relations Coordinators to set Host and Concierge teams for success by pre-empting administrative tasks
  • Maintain detail-oriented and relentless follow-up with a focus on process and task orientation
  • Intervene in guest or team member situations to maintain property integrity, guest satisfaction, and employee wellbeing
  • Support the Director of Guest Relations with management tasks
  • Empower the team to stay focused on responsibilities, training, and performance outcomes while working with creative research teams
