Job Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
  • Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a MVR check
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
  • Must be able to read write and speak English
  • Must have strong computer skills
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Must always ensure a teamwork environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings weekends and holidays
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associates
  • Must have the ability to resolve problems conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • Must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality experience
  • At least 2 years customer service experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Provide direct guidance and leadership to concierge team and support front desk manager on guidance of front desk agents assistant guest services managers and bell services
  • Handle all guest related concerns including complaints and emergencies
  • Offer warm welcome and farewell to all guests using guest names and maintaining good eye contact
  • Be knowledgeable of all arriving departing and in-house guests and all tours and groups
  • Design and implement training programs on elevating guest service
  • Complete all new hire and termination paperwork
  • Assist with development training and inspiration of front desk and bell team associates
