Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or guest services
- Knowledge of guest relations and check-in procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer applications including reservation systems
- Ability to conduct inspections and maintain quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, guest services, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional education or certification in hospitality management or office administration preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage guest referrals and check-ins efficiently and accurately
- Supervise the concierge team, providing guidance and training
- Coordinate guest services including transportation, meals, and special accommodations
- Maintain communication with internal departments to address guest-related issues
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas for quality assurance
- Gather guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage administrative tasks like updating records, managing inventory, and preparing reports
