Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or guest services
  • Knowledge of guest relations and check-in procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in computer applications including reservation systems
  • Ability to conduct inspections and maintain quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality, guest services, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional education or certification in hospitality management or office administration preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage guest referrals and check-ins efficiently and accurately
  • Supervise the concierge team, providing guidance and training
  • Coordinate guest services including transportation, meals, and special accommodations
  • Maintain communication with internal departments to address guest-related issues
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas for quality assurance
  • Gather guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Manage administrative tasks like updating records, managing inventory, and preparing reports
