  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day in hot and cold climates
  • 1+ previous experience in customer service retail highly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high traffic situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer inquiries

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests as they enter with a warm friendly demeanor and thank guests as they exit
  • Provide information about current promotions, products, services
  • Assist guests with locating specific products
  • Help with shopping bags
  • Respond to inquiries and introduce them to the appropriate sales associate or manager
  • Partner with team members to address customer needs
  • Act as liaison between guests and others within the store to ensure the guest feel valued and well informed
  • Flexible to work outside in both hot and cold climates when needed
