- Hs diploma required
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day in hot and cold climates
- 1+ previous experience in customer service retail highly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high traffic situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer inquiries

Job Duties
- Welcome guests as they enter with a warm friendly demeanor and thank guests as they exit
- Provide information about current promotions, products, services
- Assist guests with locating specific products
- Help with shopping bags
- Respond to inquiries and introduce them to the appropriate sales associate or manager
- Partner with team members to address customer needs
- Act as liaison between guests and others within the store to ensure the guest feel valued and well informed
- Flexible to work outside in both hot and cold climates when needed
