Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work between 0-23 hours per week
- Flexibility to work rotating hours and various shifts
- On-site work at Methodist Hospital
- Previous concierge-level customer service experience preferred
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient or public contact preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome all guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hospital services and locations
- Answer questions and assist with directions within the hospital and adjoining medical facilities
- Demonstrate a concierge-level customer service attitude
- Embrace and promote the mission and vision of Indiana University Health
- Maintain professionalism and a welcoming presence during rotating shifts
- Support team efforts to enhance patient and visitor experiences
