Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in front desk or guest relations
  • proficient in hotel management software
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • valid identification and eligibility to work legally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in maintaining guest service as the hotel philosophy
  • respond promptly to guest needs
  • ensure all hotel staff are trained in guest services and meet standards
  • develop added value customer service programs
  • encourage and reward staff for responsive guest assistance
  • act as manager on duty and assist front desk operations
  • ensure front desk staff are trained in procedures and systems
