Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in front desk or guest relations
- proficient in hotel management software
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- valid identification and eligibility to work legally

Job Duties
- assist in maintaining guest service as the hotel philosophy
- respond promptly to guest needs
- ensure all hotel staff are trained in guest services and meet standards
- develop added value customer service programs
- encourage and reward staff for responsive guest assistance
- act as manager on duty and assist front desk operations
- ensure front desk staff are trained in procedures and systems
