Job Duties
- Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, schedules, and local areas of interest
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Receive, record, and transmit messages accurately and legibly
- Attend to special requests from guests with exceptional needs
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff for personalized attention and amenities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
