Job Duties

  • Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, schedules, and local areas of interest
  • Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or issues have been resolved satisfactorily
  • Receive, record, and transmit messages accurately and legibly
  • Attend to special requests from guests with exceptional needs
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designated staff for personalized attention and amenities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain professional appearance, and uphold confidentiality
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • lift or move objects up to 10 pounds
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
