Job Duties
- Supply guests with directions and information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation
- Provide information about local areas of interest and activities
- Contact appropriate departments such as Bell Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to resolve guest inquiries
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with resolved requests or problems
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and legibly
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
