Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Bilingual/Japanese speaker preferred
  • Available to work day shifts
  • Preferred experience in hospitality

Job Duties

  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest requests or problems
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met satisfactorily
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
  • Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and amenity delivery
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
