Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication, organization and leadership skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • experience with Opera is a plus
  • ability to multi-task effectively
  • strong interpersonal and team player skills
  • strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • act as the property profile management expert on guest recognition through the use of Golden and Key
  • provide ongoing communication to key departments on audit results, upcoming initiatives and training
  • work with learning manager, reservations leadership, and FDM to ensure full team training on guest recognition and profile management
  • provide ongoing support and training around Golden and guest recognition
  • capture sales from incoming reservations calls and coordinate reservation details
  • call to confirm and guarantee reservations, clear waitlisted reservations and process deposits
  • answer incoming PBX calls efficiently and courteously, routing calls appropriately
  • manage Four Seasons chat, responding promptly and assisting guests
  • process email reservation requests from outside agencies and colleagues
  • answer general reservations email
  • support the travel industry team with wholesale and leisure reservations needs
  • run daily reports for multiple departments
  • contact guests or travel planners to clarify discrepancies in preferences or requests before arrival
  • accept and deliver wake up calls, messages and faxes in a timely manner
