Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to work day shifts and weekends
- Ability to communicate professionally using clear language
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and guest services is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Job Duties
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
- Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
- Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
- Follow all company policies and procedures
