Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcoming guests and thanking them for choosing LongHorn
- managing the lobby experience to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction
- collaborating with the team to clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently
- providing accurate wait time estimates and managing guest seating
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception and lobby area
- responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- supporting team members during busy service hours
