Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- basic computer skills including familiarity with data entry
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally
- answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- maintain positive relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Admin departments
- distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests
- ensure accuracy in payroll, reconciliation, and reporting data
- log escalation of customer complaints and concerns
- assign guests to Sales Representatives accurately and timely
- update guest information in the Concierge system swiftly
- research customer issues and escalate as needed to management
