Job Qualifications

  • five years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • strong working knowledge of POS and ticketing systems
  • proficiency in Google Suite
  • excellent problem-solving skills
  • current first Aid/CPR certification
  • exceptional guest service skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead guest services, museum store, and concessions teams
  • oversee ticketing and admissions operations
  • hire, train, and schedule staff
  • manage event ticketing and troubleshoot issues
  • coordinate with membership and education departments
  • develop and implement guest service policies
  • increase sales and motivate staff
