Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest arrival, seating, service, and departure to ensure smooth operations
  • Train, coach, and mentor dining room staff to develop their skills and maximize their performance
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maximize seating space and increase revenue by skillfully managing seating arrangements for guests, walk-ins, and large parties
  • Support the General Manager in implementing and following department procedures
  • Attend and participate in weekly leadership meetings to align team goals and operational strategies
  • Ensure team members’ appearance complies with company grooming standards
