Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two years of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking
- Six years of full-time management experience required
- Four years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License required

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an airport, transportation hub, or large public facility preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and organizational priorities
- Manage and direct staff to maintain efficient workflows and productivity
- Develop, implement, and evaluate operational strategies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support departmental initiatives
- Supervise the Guest Experience Coordinator and oversee arts and culture programming
- Lead projects to improve wayfinding, queuing, signage, and spatial flow
- Gather and analyze guest feedback and operational data to inform service improvements
- Coordinate with airline partners, tenants, federal agencies, and internal departments
- Provide coaching and professional development to staff
- Prepare and present reports and evaluations to internal leadership
