Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years customer service experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using booking and POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering 5-star customer service
- Ability to work onsite in West O'ahu, Hawai'i
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferably in guest-facing roles
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferably in hospitality, events, or call center environments
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Experience with booking systems, POS, or reservations platforms
- Passion for teamwork and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and inspire guest experience team members to deliver outstanding service
- Support daily operations across guest touchpoints including reservations, bookings, contact center, and onsite activities
- Jump in as needed to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Share knowledge of packages, promotions, and guest offerings to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and development opportunities
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to uphold brand standards
