Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year customer experience-related work preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Pass company background checks and drug tests
  • Meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in employment jurisdiction
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directives
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background and drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Good judgment and ability to follow supervisor directives
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills with energetic, outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills in English including speaking, writing, and listening
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational documents
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Proficient use of telephone, email, radio, and other communication tools
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn company software and training programs

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm and friendly approach
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and external parties to ensure prompt service
  • Accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions according to procedures
  • Provide concierge services including hotel, ground transportation, catering, and customs arrangements
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address guest concerns efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of company facilities, services, and surrounding areas to inform guests
  • Monitor flights, coordinate service requests, and supervise operational flow using real-time system tools
  • Maintain and stock guest amenities, ensuring cleanliness of lobby and pilot areas
  • Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
  • Assist guests and crews with luggage, transportation, and special requests
  • Identify individuals according to security protocols
  • Enforce safety standards, stop work if unsafe conditions arise, and comply with emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed
  • Use contact management systems to update customer preferences for personalized service
  • Support Airside Experience team with tasks such as valeting, wing walking, and equipment positioning
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions when needed
