Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid state driver’s license
- At least one year of customer-related work experience preferred
- Must pass company background checks and drug tests
- Must meet airport security badge requirements
- Legal authorization to work in jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to follow supervisor directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the employment jurisdiction
- Good judgment and ability to follow directions from supervisors
- Preferred ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with a proactive, energetic personality
- Proficient communication skills in English for verbal and written interactions
- Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational documents
- Basic math skills including arithmetic and percentages
- Proficiency with communication tools such as phone, radio, email, and text messaging
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail
- Computer literacy and capacity to learn company software and training
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews upon arrival and escort them to designated locations
- Collaborate effectively with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and professional service
- Accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions following company procedures
- Arrange concierge services such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, and catering
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
- Maintain working knowledge of facilities, services, website, and surrounding areas to assist guests
- Monitor arriving and departing flights, coordinate services using real-time systems, and prioritize operational flow
- Maintain guest areas, including stocking amenities and ensuring cleanliness
- Promote and sell company services and products to aircraft passengers and crew
- Assist with luggage handling, transportation for guests, and pilot access to weather and operational portals
- Identify all personnel in compliance with security procedures
- Enforce safety protocols by reporting unsafe conditions and adhering to emergency response procedures
- Comply with and enforce all security protocols related to physical, cyber, and data security
- Accurately record time worked and services performed
- Utilize contact management systems to personalize guest experiences
- Support Airside Experience team by assisting with aircraft service tasks such as valeting vehicles and positioning stairs
- Assist airlines with passenger services as needed
