Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
  • Ability to pass drug testing
  • Ability to meet airport background check requirements and maintain an airport security badge
  • Must be insurable by the company's insurance policies
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directives
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred

  • Proficiency in telephone, radio, email, and text communication
  • Critical thinking and reasoning ability to make informed decisions quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and guest service
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to learn company software and complete training programs

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
  • Collaborate closely with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and professional service
  • Accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions, assist with accounting and financial record keeping
  • Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
  • Maintain working knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, website, and surrounding areas
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights, coordinate services using real-time system management tools, and ensure amenities are provided
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas, ensure cleanliness of lobby, pilot areas, and restrooms
  • Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
  • Assist guests and crews with luggage, transportation, and special requests
  • Identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
  • Halt work and report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with emergency response and security protocols
  • Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
  • Use company contact management systems to update customer preferences
  • Assist Airside Experience team with varied operational tasks
  • Support airlines with passenger services as needed
