Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights holidays and weekends
- capability to work outdoors in varying environmental conditions
- must adhere to safety protocols around aircraft
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to perform tasks near aircraft and in diverse weather
- prior customer service experience is advantageous

Job Duties
- serve as the face of signature while interacting with guests crew members and coworkers in a professional friendly and courteous manner
- consistently guarantee every guest has an exemplary experience by demonstrating reliability service and value
- perform tasks in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation extreme temperatures jet engine fumes dust and noise
- work flexible schedules including night holiday and weekend shifts
- perform some tasks inside and outside near stationary and moving aircraft including spinning propellers and engines
- adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols when operating near aircraft
- assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
