Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass company background checks and drug tests
- Must meet airport security badge requirements
- Legal work authorization required
- Ability to follow supervisor directions
- Preferred ability to drive different vehicle types
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug tests and meet airport security requirements
- Legal authorization to work in employment jurisdiction
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow management directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with an outgoing and energetic personality
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations
- Proficient use of telecommunication devices
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and guest service
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and ability to learn company software and training programs
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to designated areas
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, guests, and external parties to ensure prompt and accurate service
- Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions following company procedures
- Provide concierge services including making reservations and catering arrangements
- Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, requests, and billing disputes professionally
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures to coordinate and prioritize services
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness of lobby and pilot areas
- Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist with luggage handling and provide transportation to nearby locations
- Identify crewmembers and visitors according to security protocols
- Enforce safety and emergency response procedures and report unsafe conditions
- Use company systems to capture customer preferences and update records
- Support the Airside Experience team with operational tasks like valeting and aircraft service setup
- Assist airlines with passenger services as needed
