- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends
- ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions
- reliable and punctual
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to work around aircraft and outdoor environments

Job Duties
- interact with guests, crew members, and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
- ensure every guest receives exemplary service by demonstrating reliability and attentiveness
- assist guests with various needs both indoors and outdoors near aircraft
- maintain safety and adherence to operational protocols when working around aircraft
- work flexible schedules including night, holiday, and weekend shifts
- adapt to varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet fumes, dust, and noise
- collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest experience
