Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Pass company background checks and drug tests
  • Meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legally authorized to work
  • Good judgment and ability to follow directions
  • Ability to drive standard or automatic transmission vehicles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Skilled in using telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, or text messaging
  • Critical thinking ability to make informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn company software

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other visitors
  • Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
  • Provide concierge services such as reservations, transportation, and catering arrangements
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and surrounding areas
  • Monitor flights, coordinate services, and assign tasks using system management tools
