Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of related customer service experience preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
- ability to pass drug testing
- eligibility to obtain and maintain airport security badge
- insurable under company insurance policies
- legal authorization to work in jurisdiction of employment
- ability to follow supervisors’ directives
- preferred ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- at least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to pass company background checks and drug tests
- eligibility to obtain airport security badge
- legal authorization to work in jurisdiction of employment
- ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from management
- preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- excellent guest service skills with energetic and guest-obsessed personality
- ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- basic math skills including arithmetic and percentages
- proficient in using communication tools such as telephone, radio, and email
- strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest service

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to designated locations
- collaborate with team members and external parties to ensure prompt and professional service
- process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
- provide concierge services including reservations and transportation arrangements
- handle guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, billing disputes, and concerns
- maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information
- monitor flight arrivals and departures and coordinate service assignments
- maintain and stock guest amenities and keep guest areas clean
- promote and sell company services and products
- assist with luggage and transportation needs
- identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
- stop work and report unsafe conditions
- follow emergency response procedures
- enforce security protocols
- maintain accurate records of work and services performed
- use contact management system for personalized service
- support Airside Experience team with operational tasks
- assist airlines with passenger services as needed
