Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree
- minimum one year of customer experience in retail, hospitality or sales preferred
- valid state driver's license
- minimum 18 years of age
- ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
- drug tests
- airport background check requirements for security badge
- insurable by company insurance policies
- legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction
- ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directions
- preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews
- collaborate closely with team members and external parties
- process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- provide concierge services including reservations and transportation arrangements
- manage guest inquiries, resolve requests and billing disputes
- maintain knowledge of facilities, services and surrounding areas
- monitor and coordinate flight services using real-time system management
- stock amenities and ensure cleanliness of guest areas
- promote and sell company services
- assist with luggage and transportation
- identify individuals per security procedures
- report unsafe conditions and cooperate in addressing them
- follow emergency response protocols
- comply with all security protocols
- maintain accurate service and time records
- update customer preferences to enhance personalization
- assist the Airside Experience team
- support airline passenger service functions as needed
