Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of customer-related experience preferred
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • Authorized to work legally in the jurisdiction
  • Able to follow directions and exercise good judgment
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least one year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Excellent guest service skills with energetic and outgoing personality
  • Clear communication skills in English for verbal and written purposes
  • Ability to read and comprehend safety and procedural documents
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Proficient communication using phone, fax, email, and radio
  • Critical thinking and reasoning ability to make informed decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest interaction
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn company software

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure timely and professional service
  • Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately and assist with basic accounting
  • Provide concierge services such as arranging reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve requests, billing disputes, and concerns efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and surrounding areas to assist guests
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights and coordinate services using real-time system tools
  • Stock and maintain amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness
  • Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
  • Assist with luggage handling, transportation needs, and special requests
  • Identify individuals according to security protocols and uphold safety standards
  • Report unsafe conditions and adhere to emergency procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked and services performed
  • Use contact management system to update customer preferences
  • Support Airside Experience team with operational tasks like valeting and positioning stairs
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions when needed
