Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
- Legal authorization to work
- Ability to follow supervisor directives
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Possess a valid state driver’s license
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and meet airport security badge requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Able to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Hospitality skills with excellent guest service and conflict resolution experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English for in-person and written communication
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Proficient with computer usage and company software
- Capable of multitasking and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and guest service
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews upon arrival and escort them
- Collaborate and work closely with team members and guests to ensure prompt and professional service
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services including arranging hotel stays, ground transportation, and catering
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address guest concerns
- Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas
- Monitor and coordinate arriving and departing flights and assign services accordingly
