Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year customer experience-related work preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Meet airport security badge requirements
- Be insurable under company insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in jurisdiction of employment
- Able to exercise good judgment and follow management directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, airport security badge requirements, and be insurable
- Legal authorization to work in the employment jurisdiction
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow management directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills with an energetic and guest-obsessed personality
- Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, on telephone, radio, and in writing
- Proficient in basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
- Skilled in using telecommunication devices such as telephone, fax, radio, email, and text messaging
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning capability to make informed decisions quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Computer literate with ability to learn company software and complete training programs
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to entrances or transportation
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, and other visitors to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service
- Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
- Provide a wide range of concierge services such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, surrounding areas, and guest information
- Monitor and coordinate flight arrivals and departures, scheduling services and supervising operational flow
- Maintain and stock amenities while ensuring cleanliness of guest areas and restrooms
- Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist with luggage, transportation, special requests, and pilot support including access to weather data
- Enforce security procedures, identify authorized personnel, and uphold safety and emergency protocols
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
- Use contact management systems to update customer preferences and enhance personalization
- Support the Airside Experience team with valeting, wing walking, and equipment positioning
- Assist airlines with passenger service functions when needed
