Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of relevant customer experience preferred
- Possess a valid state driver's license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and airport security badge requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the place of employment
- Capable of following directions and exercising good judgment
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications

- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Strong conflict resolution skills in a hospitality environment
- Clear English communication skills in person, telephone, radio, and writing
- Ability to comprehend safety and operating manuals
- Basic math skills for arithmetic operations
- Proficient in using communication devices such as telephone, fax, radio, and email
- Critical thinking and reasoning for decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and aptitude to learn company software and training programs
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to designated locations
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and professional service
- Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately following company procedures
- Provide concierge services including hotel, ground transportation, catering, and customs arrangements
- Manage inquiries, billing disputes, and guest concerns efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information to assist guests effectively
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures, coordinate with aircraft and Airside Experience Team for service delivery
