Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum age of 18 years
- pass background and drug tests
- meet airport security badge requirements
- legal authorization to work
- follow supervisor directives
- ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- at least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- must possess a valid state driver’s license
- minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements
- must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction
- ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directives
- preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- excellent guest service skills with ability to multitask
- conflict resolution experience in hospitality is preferred
- clear communication skills in English
- ability to read and comprehend safety and procedure documents
- ability to perform simple arithmetic
- proficient in telephone, radio, email, and text communication
- strong critical thinking and reasoning skills
- excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- ability to use company software and complete training
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive
- collaborate and cooperate with team members, guests, and other visitors
- accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- provide concierge services including reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries and resolve billing disputes
- maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, and local information
- monitor flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team
- maintain and stock amenities and ensure cleanliness of guest areas
- promote and sell company services and products
- assist crews and guests with luggage and transportation
- identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors according to security procedures
- report unsafe conditions and abide by emergency response procedures
- comply with and enforce security protocols
- create accurate records of time worked and services performed
- use company contact management system to update customer preferences
- assist the Airside Experience team with various flight-related services
- assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed
