Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work preferred
  • Valid state driver\'s license
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Pass background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
  • Legal authorization to work
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and obtain airport security badge

  • Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred
  • Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
  • Proficiency in English communication
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic
  • Strong communication via phone, radio, and email
  • Critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews while escorting them to destinations
  • Collaborate closely with team members and external parties to handle services professionally
  • Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
  • Provide concierge services including reservations and special requests
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information
  • Monitor flights and coordinate airside services using real-time systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock amenities in guest areas
  • Promote and sell company services and products
  • Assist guests and crews with luggage, transportation, and special requests
  • Identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
  • Report unsafe conditions and comply with emergency protocols
  • Enforce company and airport security policies
  • Record time, activities, and services performed accurately
  • Update customer preferences using contact management systems
  • Assist Airside Experience team with aircraft-related services
  • Provide support for passenger services as needed
