Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer experience-related work preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
- Meet airport security badge criteria
- Legal authorization to work
- Ability to follow supervisor directives
- Preferred ability to drive different transmission vehicles
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks and drug tests
- Meet airport security badge requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with an energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to anticipate and act on guest needs and prioritize requests
- Experience with conflict resolution preferred
- Clear communication skills in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and procedure manuals
- Basic math skills
- Competence in using telephone, radio, email, and text messaging
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning ability
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Computer literacy and ability to learn company software
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
- Collaborate and cooperate with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure services are promptly handled
- Accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services including hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
- Maintain working knowledge of facilities, services, and local information
- Monitor arriving and departing flights and coordinate services using real-time system management
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness
- Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist crews and guests with luggage, transportation, and special requests
- Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors according to security procedures
- Report and respond to unsafe conditions, abiding by emergency response protocols
- Comply with and enforce all security protocols
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
- Use contact management system to update customer preferences for personalized service
- Assist Airside Experience team with operational tasks
- Support airlines with passenger service functions as needed
