Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- at least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- must possess a valid state driver's license
- minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, airport security requirements, and be insurable
- must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- must be able to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor directions
- ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive, provide a warm, friendly greeting while escorting them to entrances or vehicles
- collaborate and cooperate with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt, professional service and accurate information transfer
- accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- provide concierge services including arranging reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
- maintain knowledge of facilities, services, website, and surrounding areas
- monitor flights and communicate with aircraft to coordinate services and manage operations flow
- maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness
- promote and sell company services and products
- assist crews and guests with luggage and transportation
- identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
- stop work if unsafe conditions or acts occur and report concerns
- abide by emergency response procedures
- comply with and enforce security protocols
- create accurate activity and time records
- use contact management system to personalize guest experience
- assist Airside Experience team with services such as valeting vehicles and positioning equipment
- assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed
