Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
  • Ability to pass drug tests
  • Ability to meet airport background check requirements for security badge
  • Insurability under company’s insurance policies
  • Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow supervisor or management directives
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Effective communication using phone, fax, radio, email, and text
  • Critical thinking and reasoning ability to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and guest service
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and company software
  • Commitment to completing company training programs

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive at the facility and provide warm, friendly greetings while escorting them to the entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
  • Collaborate and cooperate with team members, guests, and visitors to promptly and correctly handle services
  • Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately per company procedures
  • Provide concierge services including reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
  • Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team using real-time system management
  • Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas and ensure cleanliness of lobby, pilot spaces, and restrooms
  • Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
  • Assist crews and guests with luggage and transportation needs, and fulfill special requests
  • Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors in compliance with security protocols
  • Stop work when unsafe conditions or acts arise and report to management
  • Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events
  • Enforce all company and airport security protocols
  • Create accurate records of time worked, activities, and services performed
  • Use contact management systems to update customer preferences
  • Assist Airside Experience team with valeting, wing walking, and positioning equipment
  • Assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed
