Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- At least 18 years old
- Pass company background checks and drug tests
- Meet airport background check requirements to obtain security badge
- Be insurable by Company’s insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work
- Ability to follow supervisor directives
- Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, airport security badge requirements, and insurance policies
- Legally authorized to work in jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Proficient with telephone, fax, radio, email, and text communication
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Computer literacy and ability to complete Company training programs
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews and escort them to entrances or vehicles
- Collaborate and cooperate with team members and guests to ensure prompt and correct service
- Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- Provide concierge services including reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, resolve requests, handle billing disputes, and address concerns efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of Signature's facilities, services, website, and local area information
- Monitor flights, coordinate services with Airside Experience Team and prioritize services using real-time management systems
- Maintain and stock guest amenities and ensure cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
- Promote and sell Company’s services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist guests and crews with luggage and transportation to other locations and fulfill special requests
- Identify individuals in accordance with security procedures
- Stop work to report and address unsafe conditions
- Comply with emergency response and security protocols
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
- Use contact management systems to update customer preferences
- Assist Airside Experience team with ground services
- Support airlines with passenger service functions as needed
