Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- minimum 1 year customer experience in retail, hospitality or sales preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum 18 years of age
- ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks, drug tests, and airport security requirements
- legally authorized to work in the location of employment
- ability to follow directions from supervisors and management
- preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to their destination
- collaborate closely with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and professional service delivery
- accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- provide various concierge services such as hotel, transportation, and catering arrangements
- manage inquiries, requests, and billing disputes efficiently
- maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information to assist guests
- monitor flight schedules and coordinate services with aircraft and teams
- maintain guest areas by stocking amenities and ensuring cleanliness
- promote and sell company services and products
- assist guests and crews with luggage and transportation
- identify personnel in compliance with security procedures
- stop work and report unsafe conditions
- follow emergency response procedures
- enforce all security protocols
- create accurate work and service records
- update customer preferences using company systems
- assist Airside Experience team with aircraft-related services
- support airlines with passenger services as needed
