Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
- Pass drug tests
- Meet airport background check requirements for security badge
- Be insurable under company insurance policies
- Legal authorization to work
- Ability to follow directions from management
- Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle, drug tests, meet airport security badge requirements, and be insurable by company insurance policies
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
- Excellent guest service skills with energetic, outgoing personality
- Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, via phone, radio, and writing
- Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, instructions, and manuals
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Proficient communication skills including telephone, fax, email, and two-way radio
- Critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn company software.
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews upon arrival providing a warm, friendly greeting while escorting them to the front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
- Collaborate effectively with all team members, guests, and visitors ensuring services are promptly and correctly handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately according to company procedures
- Provide wide array of concierge services including arranging reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries resolving requests, handling billing disputes, and addressing concerns efficiently
- Maintain working knowledge of facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and common guest inquiries
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures coordinating services and assigning tasks to the Airside Experience Team using real-time system management
- Maintain and stock amenities in guest areas ensuring cleanliness of lobby, pilot spaces, and restrooms
- Promote and sell company services and products to passengers and crew
- Assist with luggage handling, provide guest transportation, and fulfill special requests
- Identify crewmembers, passengers, visitors, and vendors in accordance with security procedures
- Stop work when safety risks are identified and report to management
- Abide by emergency response procedures during critical events
- Enforce all security protocols including physical, cyber, and data security
- Create accurate records of time worked and services performed
- Use contact management systems to update customer preferences
- Assist Airside Experience team with services such as valeting vehicles, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and positioning stairs or jetways
- Assist airlines with passenger service functions as needed.
