Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year customer-related experience preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum age 18
- pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
- pass drug tests
- meet airport background check requirements for security badge
- insurable by company insurance policies
- legally authorized to work in jurisdiction of employment
- ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
- ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- at least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- valid state driver’s license
- minimum of 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisor or management
- ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred
- excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- clear communication skills in English
- ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to perform simple arithmetic
- ability to use telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, or text messaging for communication
- critical thinking and decision-making skills

- computer literacy and ability to learn company software and complete training programs
Job Duties
- meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and escort them to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
- collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other visitors to ensure prompt and professional service
- accurately receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions
- provide concierge services including reservations for hotels, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries, resolve requests and billing disputes efficiently
- maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, and surrounding areas
- monitor flights and coordinate services with aircraft and Airside Experience Team
- maintain and stock guest amenities and ensure cleanliness of lobby and restrooms
- promote and sell Company’s services and products to passengers and crew
- assist with luggage, transportation, and special requests
- identify crewmembers and visitors following security procedures
- stop work when unsafe conditions arise and report concerns
- comply with emergency response and security protocols
- keep accurate records of time worked and services performed
- use contact management system to personalize guest service
- assist Airside Experience team with aircraft-related services
- assist airlines with passenger service functions when needed
