Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
- Minimum 18 years old
- Ability to pass background and drug tests
- Airport security badge eligibility
- Legal authorization to work
- Ability to follow instructions
- Preferred vehicle driving skills
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, and airport security badge requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the jurisdiction of employment
- Ability to follow directives from management
- Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
- Excellent guest service skills with an energetic, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Proficiency in using communication devices and computer software
- Strong critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm, friendly greeting while escorting them to their destination
- Collaborate closely with team members, guests, and visitors to ensure prompt and professional service
- Process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately following company procedures
- Provide concierge services including arranging reservations for hotels, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
- Manage inquiries, requests, billing disputes, and concerns efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of Signature’s facilities, services, website, and surrounding areas
- Monitor flight arrivals and departures, coordinate services, and supervise the operation’s flow
- Stock and maintain guest amenities and ensure clean guest and pilot areas
- Promote and sell the company's services and products
- Assist guests and crews with luggage and transportation needs
- Identify individuals according to security procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Keep accurate records of time worked and services provided
- Use company contact management systems to personalize service
- Assist Airside Experience team with aircraft services
- Support airlines with passenger functions as needed
