Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
  • Ability to pass drug tests
  • Meet airport background check requirements for security badge
  • Be insurable by company insurance policies
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions from supervisors
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English in person, telephone, and written formats
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and operating instructions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
  • Comfortable using telephone, fax, two-way radio, email, and text messaging
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning ability to make informed decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and guest service
  • Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to learn company software and complete training programs

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews as they arrive and provide warm, friendly greetings
  • Escort guests to front entrance, aircraft, or vehicles
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, guests, and visitors
  • Receive, dispatch, and process guest purchases and fuel transactions accurately
  • Arrange concierge services including hotel, transportation, catering, and customs appointments
  • Manage inquiries, resolve requests, and handle billing disputes efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of facilities, services, and local information
  • Monitor flights and coordinate services using real-time system management
  • Maintain and stock amenities, and ensure cleanliness in guest areas
  • Promote and sell company services and products
  • Assist guests and crew with luggage, transportation, and special requests
  • Enforce security protocols and identify personnel according to procedures
  • Respond to unsafe conditions by stopping work and reporting concerns
  • Follow emergency response procedures during critical events
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked and services provided
  • Update customer preferences in contact management system
  • Support Airside Experience team with tasks like wing walking and valet parking
  • Assist airlines with passenger services as needed
