Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Ability to pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
  • Ability to pass drug testing
  • Meet airport security badge requirements
  • Must be insurable under company’s policies
  • Legal authorization to work
  • Ability to follow supervisor directions
  • Preferred ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer experience-related work in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
  • Legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
  • Excellent guest service skills and guest-obsessed personality
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform simple arithmetic
  • Critical thinking and reasoning ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Computer skills and ability to learn company software

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet guests and crews with a warm and friendly approach
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, guests, and other visitors
  • Accurately process guest purchases and fuel transactions
  • Provide concierge services including arranging reservations and appointments
  • Manage guest, crew, and visitor inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Monitor arriving and departing flights and coordinate services with the Airside Experience Team
  • Maintain guest areas and ensure cleanliness and stocking of amenities
